Everything was lovely as expected. We booked well-appointed and high standard room with a bath tub and a nice chair, as for instance. Had good amenities. Location: the hotel was near a Memorial's Day soccer tournament and tons restaurants, retail shops and the mall and a shopping mall and chain restaurants. The excellent service and shuttle to the stores downtown far exceeded our expectations...
Could not be improved in any way.

convenient location.walking distance to concord mall. equipped with gym & pool. welcoming staff, including jimmy in the breakfast room. excellent buffet breakfast. very comfortable bed. traffic noise not heard from the room. surely, will stay here again.

Was charged 80$ more than my booking quote. And then found an additional charge on my card for 95$. When I called they said it was to cover extra charges to the room, which there where none. When I asked when I would be credited back the money they told me 14 buisness days. So double check your bill and look at your card.
